• Coinbase Wallet: 475,000 downloads

The rapid rise in Bitget Wallet’s popularity can be attributed to several factors:

• Increased on-chain trading, especially involving memecoins, which saw significant transaction flows throughout 2024.
• Support for the Open Network (TON) ecosystem, being one of the pioneers in fully supporting the TON mainnet.
• In July 2024, TON became the most active network on Bitget Wallet, surpassing other chains like Polygon, Arbitrum, and BNB Chain.
• The launch of Bitget Wallet Token (BWB) in March 2024, which led to a user base increase of over 50%, reaching 30 million. This growth was driven by enhanced participation in governance and ecosystem airdrops.

Additionally, the introduction of BWB significantly boosted trading volumes and user engagement, particularly in key markets such as Japan and Nigeria.

The Bitget Wallet application has users from over 186 countries and regions and continues to onboard new users globally across Asia, Europe, America, Africa, and Oceania.

In the first half of 2024, some of the fastest-growing countries by app downloads included:

• Italy: 7,500% growth
• Australia: 5,300% growth
• Sweden: 5,200% growth

Additional countries experiencing significant growth include the Philippines, Russia, and Japan, with impressive increases of 4,600%, 4,400%, and 2,100%, respectively.

Bitget Wallet focused on enhancing the mobile experience, aiming for widespread adoption, as many Web3 users prefer mobile solutions over traditional browser wallet plugins.
